The problem of urban homeless arises due to unbridled exodus from rural areas to cities. To check it, we have to create an infrastructure in the villages to contain the migration to cities for better facilities. It is the global problem, spread over all the metros and towns in the world. If you create facilities for the homeless in urban centres, more the temptations are there for the rural-folks to migrate to the cities and the process remains unending, creating more pressure on the civic facilities including roof over head for residents.

Definitely no. let us go deeper into the problem. Why the homeless, homeless? Cynics would say they are no good, losers and lazy. No one wants to be that. everybody has self respect, wants to work and wants to fulfil oneself. The very fact thta they do not get the chance to do that reflects poorly on the society as it is organized today.
