Yep they certainly have. The advertisement folks call kids ’tweens’ these days. One would not like to sound disgusting, but underage folks are dressing more sexily than ever. Even in rural India the trend is catching on. A timely topic well done on an often overlooked aspect — is this trend a kind of abuse by fashion houses?

It has become sleazy. The porn effect is not in the kids’ minds, it in the adult mind. We are adults talking kids and not kids on kids. Pedophilia is on the rise and this may feed the pervs...
yes , they are, what some people look at as ’embracing and understanding attractiveness’ others look at as want and lust (especially the nutjobs i.e. paedophilliacs). it may well be that a nutjob has had a hand in the design of these costumes themselves, now theres a scary thought.

Yes, racier if you looked through the eyes of the bygone generation and normal and in sync with today’s times if you look at it through the eyes of the current generation.
